Our school features House Captains and Team Captains where leadership is required. However, we also recognise that leadership can take many different forms and that all people have the potential to show leadership at different times. We therefore have an Initiative Based Leadership Programme which allows for every Grade 7 to exercise leadership and be recognised for doing so. It involves the participant choosing how they wish to lead through service and self-development and challenge.
Nothing stops younger children from showing leadership in whatever way they choose and any reasonable initiatives are encouraged.
