Camps Bay Primary is a proudly South African, family orientated school that embraces our diverse community and promotes respectful relationships so that our children can develop and learn to their full potential and make a positive contribution to our world.

Mission – Our Purpose

Camps Bay Primary is an engaging and welcoming learning space which provides:

• An excellent academic programme where critical thinking, communication, collaboration and cultural awareness skills are taught.
• Exposure to digital technology which equips our children for the world beyond primary school.
• Opportunity for children to explore and develop their talents through varied music, art, drama and digital creative experiences.
• Opportunities for both healthy competition and high participation in a carefully constructed sport programme which plays to our strengths while still recognising a wide range of individual sporting activities.
• An environment which promotes self-discipline, where respect for all and a strong sense of social justice is prevalent.
• A focus on developing responsibility and initiative in children which results in authentic leadership being possible.
• Most of all, it is important that we ensure that our children have a kind and safe environment where they can simply be themselves.
